Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. Therefore, we are happy to make an exchange or refund when the merchandise is returned to us within 14 days from date of purchase. (After this time, we are only able to exchange or give a credit note).  Sale items are not refundable, however you are welcome to exchange or get a store credit note.

* If you need to return an item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received (unworn & unwashed with swing ticket attached).

* Exchanges are subject to availability and can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received.  If you wish to exchange please let us know which style, colour and size you would like so that we can hold the item.

* Please note for health and hygiene reasons, all underwear, lingerie, hosiery and nail lacquer products may not be returned.

* All refunds are made to the original form of payment.

Please include your full name and order number inside the parcel being returned so that we can ensure a quick exchange/refund process.

We strongly recommended that you use a postal service which is able to trace the whereabouts of your goods ensuring it reaches us safely.  We will contact you via email to notify you of the exchange/refund.
  We do not refund shipping charges unless the garment is faulty or we have incorrectly sent your order.
